KLR 5: More travel and testing aboard the KLR650. I travel out of San Francisco to the Pacific Northwest. Along the way I show more use of the Garmin Zumo 550 and avoid hoards of deer as the sun goes down. The next morning I head out on one of the most beautiful roads in the world, in search of off-roading along the Pacific Ocean. KLR 6: Eureka! Off-road travel along the pacific coast in an incredible location. Lots of video on the use and function of the Garmin Zumo 550 as well. A dream ride! A perfect day in every way in one of the world’s most foggy locations.Some times you just hit it right.

Yamaha Branded Deus Ex Machina Motorcycle Exoskeleton On Video, Looks Tron-esque. Art Center Pasadena student Jake Loniak has taken everything that is cool about exoskeletons and motorcycles and crammed it into this Yamaha-branded Deus Ex Machina concept motorcycle. The vehicle is powered by ultra-capacitors and doped nano-phoshpate batteries (similar to the ones currently used in hybrid cars) and it is controlled using 36 pneumatic muscles with two linear actuators set along a spine consisting of seven artificial vertebrae. Even the helmet is pneumatically attached.
